Refund policy

Return & Exchange
We currently do not have a return policy, meaning items once purchased cannot be returned.

However, we do offer exchanges under certain categories and conditions. Our exchange policy is valid for three (3) days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than three days have passed, we will not be able to process an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please provide proof of purchase (receipt) along with the product.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the exchange.
The shipping time for receiving your exchanged product may vary based on your location.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange; only regular priced items can be exchanged.
Baby items and nursing products are not eligible for exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
