We ship orders Monday to Saturday across Pakistan.
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over PKR 3,500.
Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location, order size, and package dimensions. Larger items may take a bit longer to arrive.

Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) - pay only when your order arrives at your door. No advance payment required.

Online Bank Trasnfer - pay in advance on the account details shared after placement of the order

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above Rs. [3,500] — Free shipping
  • Orders below that threshold — flat shipping fee of Rs. 199

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment's progress with our courier partner.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within [1–2 business days] of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation call/message before dispatch to verify your order and address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery [2–3 times]. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout — this is the most common cause of delivery delays. If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us and you may be contacted to reschedule or the order may be cancelled.
